Data Collection
We keep things simple. If you just want to make a quick static QR code without an account, we don't save any of your personal information. We only use your browser to remember your design while you work.
If you create an account, we'll save your email, name, and subscription preferences. We use Stripe to handle billing without storing credit card details on our servers. For Dynamic QR codes, we securely save and retrieve the active configuration state you supply:
• WiFi Network credentials (SSID, security protocol, and password parameters).
• vCard Details (Full name, cellular phone, office phone, email, company organization, job title, maps address, and website link).
• SMS actions (target telephone number and message body) and Email actions (recipient email address, subject line, and body message).
• Custom branding logo overlays uploaded to personalize active QR graphics.
How We Use Data
When someone scans your Dynamic QR codes, we record some basic info: when it was scanned, the type of device (like iPhone or Android), and roughly where the scan happened.
Your Information
This information is for you to see how your QR codes are performing. We don't track who the individual people are—only the technical data you need for your dashboard.
Your Data Rights
You are in control of your data. You can **Deactivate** your account to pause your codes, or **Delete** it at any time to permanently remove all your information from our system.
Account Management
To keep our platform fast for everyone, we may archive Dynamic QR codes that haven't been used for over 180 days. We also reserve the right to suspend assets associated with expired or canceled Pro subscriptions after a grace period. We will always notify you via email before any archival action.
